Legal and Privacy Requests

The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service send you here to exercise a privacy choice, ask about your personal information, correct a profile, or make a rights claim. Requests about Lacuna, Althea and Atlas all come through this page.

Privacy choices

Necessary cookies and local storage keep you signed in, protect the Services and remember your choices. The Services also use Google Analytics and Grafana Faro to measure usage and performance.

To withdraw consent to analytics, email privacy@tiptreesystems.com and say which Service your request concerns. Your browser's tracking-protection settings also block these tools. Withdrawing consent does not prevent ordinary use of the Services.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a use. Send your request to privacy@tiptreesystems.com with:

  • which Service it concerns and, for Lacuna, the link to the profile or page;
  • what you are asking for (access, correction, deletion, de-indexing, restriction or objection);
  • enough information for us to confirm that you are the person concerned, or that you are authorized to act for them.

Section 10 of the Privacy Policy describes these rights. We respond within the time allowed by the privacy law that applies to you.

Lacuna profile corrections

If a Lacuna profile concerns you and contains an error, an unwanted photograph or inference, or should not appear at all, send the profile link and what should change to legal@tiptreesystems.com. The Lacuna Service Terms in the Terms of Service describe how we handle correction and deletion requests.

Rights claims

If you believe content on a Service infringes your intellectual property or other rights, send a claim to legal@tiptreesystems.com with:

  • your contact details;
  • the right you believe is infringed and the work concerned;
  • the exact URL or location of the content;
  • the action you are asking us to take;
  • a detailed, good-faith explanation of your claim.

We may share your claim with the person who posted the content.

Security

Report a suspected vulnerability or an unauthorized use of your account to security@tiptreesystems.com. Do not exploit or test the issue beyond what is needed to report it.

Billing

Questions about invoices, subscriptions and refunds go to billing@tiptreesystems.com.
